Tasks

  • Processing of personnel matters of employees and trainees of the Autobahnmeisterei Schleswig

  • Processing of budget and accounting matters

  • Processing of property damage, accidental damage and compensation claims

  • Participation in the processing of cultivation and utilization issues

  • General administrative matters and general matters of process organization

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field or successful completion as administrative assistant or similar

  • Several years of professional experience in the above mentioned field of activity

  • Good knowledge of general administrative law

  • Experienced IT knowledge, which goes beyond pure user knowledge

  • Good knowledge of German

  • Driver's license category B and the willingness to drive a company car

  • Team player with high communication and negotiation skills
