Processing of award procedures in the UVgO and VOB area and for freelance services in national and EU-wide award procedures
Consulting and support of the departments in all procurement issues
Close cooperation with the divisions of the headquarters, the BMVI and external parties
Examination of the tender documents of the users in terms of public procurement law
Development and preparation of the formal components of the tender documents
Execution
of the awarding procedure with the participation of the users with
preparation of the award file including award notice, commitment of
funds and bidder discussion
Co-design of the organizational structure of the northern branch
Successfully completed studies, preferably with focus on general administration or public law
Alternatively, a comparable qualification (e.g. administrative specialist) or comparable knowledge and experience, which enable the above mentioned activities
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of public procurement
Good technical and methodical knowledge of public procurement law in the national and European area (UVgO, VOB, HOAI, VgV as well as the corresponding special federal regulations)
Experienced handling of MS Office
Team player with IT affinity and willingness to learn about software applications (iTWO, electronic tendering)
