  • Collaboration and support of the team management in the design, implementation and performance measurement of IT processes for maintenance of the business applications

  • Independent installation of major, minor and emergency changes (patches etc.) and functional updates in the supported applications

  • Consistent monitoring of basic components

  • Selective support in IT application support

  • Independent creation and maintenance of system documentation

  • Independent verification and assurance of the operative business and user support of IT applications

  • Cooperation in all relevant working groups

Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree at a university of applied sciences or university, preferably with a focus on computer science, practical computer science, business informatics or administrative informatics or a successfully completed vocational training in an IT profession, or comparable knowledge and experience

  • Profound experience in supporting an application as a 2nd level help desk

  • Experience in handling a ticketing system

  • High communication skills as well as confident and customer-oriented appearance

  • At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of specialized software systems (specialized applications in various fields, such as construction, geoinformatics, etc.)

  • Willingness to travel for business trips within Germany
