Job description


  • Collaboration and support of the team management in the design, implementation and performance measurement of IT processes for development, construction, configuration, customizing, integration and unit tests

  • Independent programming, construction, configuration, customizing, integration and unit testing based on functional and technical specifications to meet quality, time, cost and performance requirements

  • Analysis, evaluation and implementation of requirements (user stories, business descriptions, use cases etc.) based on functional and technical specifications

  • Implementation and participation in peer reviews as well as consistent documentation of the developed applications

  • Collaboration with IT operations and IT services for continuous service delivery

  • Participation in all relevant working groups, steering committees and steering committees including the preparation of these


  • A successfully completed university or college degree, preferably with a focus on computer science, practical computer science, business information technology or administrative information technology, or a successfully completed vocational training in an IT profession, preferably IT specialist application development, or comparable knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of methods and procedures of application development, agile and classic-traditional

  • Proven technical suitability in one or more application programming areas

  • Ability to work in an agile and non-agile environment

  • Ability to learn and be technologically flexible

  • Preferably developer and test certifications

  • At least 2 years experience in software and application development

  • Willingness to travel for business trips within Germany
