Examination and processing of requirement requests from the inquiry to the invoice release
Preparation of requests for proposal in the international supplier market
Function as central contact person for the product groups as well as checking and ensuring the availability of parts
Participation in the selection and approval of suppliers in accordance with aviation law and regulatory requirements
Monitoring and optimization of delivery dates including the handling of complaints
Preparation and maintenance of data in SAP and ZLM (Central Supplier Management System)
Completed business studies, alternatively completed training in the commercial sector
Several years of professional experience in the field of purchasing or supply chain management
Good IT knowledge, especially in MS-Office as well as detailed knowledge in dealing with SAP (MM module)
Business fluent in German and English
Independent and structured way of working
Organisational skills and ability to work in a team
