Collaboration with firmly defined teams on the further development of the product
Gathering requirements as well as preparing them for implementation (Epics / User Stories / BDD).
Steering the projects by prioritizing the backlog and defining the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" together with the teams
Planning and communication of the team roadmap in coordination with product management
Drive collaboration with stakeholders
Supervise the evolutionary further development of the teams using established methods (including retrospectives)
Further development and co-design of internal project management methods
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable professional training
Several years of professional experience in the field of software development or in a comparable function
Proven knowledge of agile methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
Certification/training in agile methods an advantage
Business fluent German as well as good English skills
Team player with proactive and independent working style
