Tasks

• A high degree of self-organization, flexibility and a sense of achievement - use these qualities to support our client in Dresden in the future as a Construction Manager as Project Manager
  

• Independent cooperation in the realization of design, approval, detail and execution planning of new construction and reconstruction projects
  

• Coordination, monitoring and scheduling of the project process
  

• Drawing preparation of existing structural situations on the basis of sketches and site plans
  

• Target-oriented communication with architects, planning participants and specialist contractors
  

• Preparation of concepts and presentations
  

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a draftsman / construction technician or completed studies in the field of (civil) engineering / architecture
  

• Relevant professional experience in the planning of building constructions
  

• Sound knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and technical guidelines
  

• Confident handling of CAD software, MS Office as well as analog and digital planning documents
  

• Enthusiasm for challenging technical topics
  

• Strong communication skills and team player
