Calculation and invoicing of contracts to the public client and to civil clients
Elaboration of complex offers, including specifications of services in cooperation with the technical departments
Defining payment milestones and payment conditions as well as carrying out credit checks using user software and assessing current customer accounts
Advising project managers on commercial and controlling issues
Clarifying commercial issues with customers, e.g. agreeing on minor contract amendments
Conducting transactions with banks, including the processing of letters of credit and insurance issues (e.g. factual assessment, processing SAP, preparing documentation)
Main contact person for price audits by the contracting authority
Collaboration on annual financial statement work, including preparation of evaluations for auditors
Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Several years of professional experience in the handling and supervision of civil and military contracts (ÖAG)
Specialised further training in the areas of public price law and price auditing as well as price calculations for public contracts required
Experience in working with public contracting authorities
Negotiation skills in English
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP/R3 (module SD)
Organisational talent with an analytical mindset
Close personal cooperation
