Processing of customer enquiries and spare parts orders in the ERP system
Preparation of spare parts and service quotations as well as export documents
Active notification of the customer about the processing status, delivery date, etc.
Processing of service contracts, warranty cases, parts returns and repairs
Cooperation with the national subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, USA
Support in new machine processing/logistics
Taking over the central service telephone (on a weekly basis)
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as industrial clerk
Experience in industrial B2B, ideally with experience in capital goods business or industrial processes
Expertise with international shipping of goods and/or basic knowledge of customs would be an advantage
Knowledge of an ERP system
Business fluent in German and English
