  • Processing of accounts payable

  • Monitoring and processing of accounts receivable and settlements

  • Maintenance of commercial systems

  • Support in controlling and reporting

  • Taking over general administrative tasks


  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in the commercial field

  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in the construction industry or an engineering office

  • Secure handling of MS Office

  • Team player with a confident appearance and goal-oriented working style
