Job description


  • Recording of customer complaints and objections including the initiation of suitable immediate measures

  • Error analysis and forwarding to the responsible department and dispatch of internal complaint (claim)

  • Ensuring that remedial measures are taken and monitoring these in the controlling of measures

  • Implementation of quality controls and telephone customer service


  • Completed commercial, business management or technical training

  • At least first work experience desirable

  • Knowledge of operational contexts and their organisation

  • EDP knowledge especially in handling ERP systems (e.g. Navision)

  • Secure handling of MS Office products


  • Secure workplace

  • Full-time employment (40 hours/week)
