Job description


  • Accompanying the product development process of leisure vehicles from the idea to the series production phase for various locations

  • Implementation of the requirements set out in product management specifications through successful product developments

  • Working on complex issues together with external partners such as design or construction service providers

  • Design of components and assemblies in line with the state of the art and in compliance with applicable standards and laws

  • Creation of parts lists, technical drawings, 3D data, drawing derivations and data management

  • Support in product maintenance and special designs

  • Development of recommendations for action based on the evaluation of various solutions

  • Cooperation with the prototyping department


  • Completed studies as a graduate engineer, bachelor or master in the field of wood technology

  • Alternatively, successfully completed training as a technician, master craftsman (industry and trade),

  • Experience in the field of product development and project management

  • Confident handling of ERP, PDM and CAD (2D and 3D) (Solid Edge)

  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Willingness to travel
