Job description

Tasks

  • Implementation of FW requirements by FPGA programming in VHDL codes

  • Creation of VHDL testbenches for verification and simulation of the code

  • Definition of Low Level Test Cases to prove FW requirements

  • Implementation of the test cases and documentation of the results

  • Performing code reviews and ensuring traceability between requirements and code generation

  • Support of integration and system tests

  • Close cooperation with colleagues from development (system engineering, hardware)

Requirements

  • Completed studies in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or computer science

  • Several years of professional experience in IT / information systems

  • Knowledge of FPGA development with VHDL (XILINX Vivado Design Suite, XILINX ISE Design Suite, Mentor ModelSim, RapidSVN)

  • Experience in certification according to DO-254 and with agile development processes desirable

  • Secure handling of MS Office Knowledge of DOORS is advantageous

  • Business fluent in German and English
