Job description

Tasks

  • Regular analysis and evaluation of compliance risks and derivation of appropriate measures to minimize risks

  • Technical coordination with interface functions (data protection officer, InfoSec etc.), if necessary on site in the branch offices

  • Participation in the further development of compliance goals based on the general corporate strategy

  • Contact person for questions concerning the compliance of Autobahn GmbH

  • Introduction and coordination of appropriate compliance controls to monitor compliance structures and rules

  • Development of measures to eliminate weak points or legal violations in the compliance structures

  • Accompaniment of certifications and inspections

  • Implementation of the directive on the prevention of corruption in the federal administration

  • Implementation of compliance trainings

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, law or engineering or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of expertise in the area of compliance and in the fight against corruption, fraud and embezzlement

  • Several years of professional experience in the design and delivery of compliance training

  • Good knowledge in the design and implementation of compliance risk and process analyses

  • Good expertise in external and internal compliance reporting

  • Experienced handling of MS Office

  • Willingness to travel on business
