Job description


  • Analysis, prioritization and processing of IT disturbances and requests as a single point of contact

  • Acceptance of IT requests and processing and documentation in the central ticket system ServiceNow

  • Coordination of the tasks for processing the request within the ticket system

  • Troubleshooting or order processing within the scope of the Service Desk competencies

  • Collaboration in the rental of rental hardware 


  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems management assistant or alternatively a comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage

  • Experience in 1st level support or in the Service / User Help Desk desirable

  • Knowledge in the areas of network technology, operating and ticket systems as well as PC hardware

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
