Job description

Tasks

  • Determination and negotiation of good market prices as well as calculation of all it products for the customers

  • Handling the needs analysis, obtaining and comparing offers as well as independently conducting price negotiations

  • Handling of ordering and monitoring of delivery dates, including all related activities, such as receiving goods

  • Responsibility for product data maintenance and all internal processes for purchasing & logistics in the company's ERP system

  • Conceptual design, further development and optimization of internal and cross-departmental structures and processes

  • Preparation of forecasts and analyses

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial business management assistant or comparable

  • Several years of professional experience as a purchaser in the IT sector

  • Knowledge of cash register, network hardware and peripheral devices is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Solution-oriented way of thinking
