Job description


  • Execution and evaluation of structural tests

  • Preparation, supervision and evaluation of soil investigations and engineering geological reports for the structural design

  • Preparation of designs and implementation documents for new construction, partial renewal and reconstruction of buildings

  • Preparation of tender documents as well as examination and evaluation of the offers

  • Preparation of award proposals for new buildings, partial renewals, maintenance and repairs

  • Processing of the awarded contracts for constructional measures including instruction of the construction supervision forces

  • Accounting of documents of the test engineers according to HOAI and VOF


  • University degree (FH diploma/bachelor degree) in civil engineering or comparable with focus on structural engineering

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations

  • Professional experience in the relevant field and practical experience in administrative work is desirable

  • Expert knowledge and confident handling of the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI)

  • Ability and experience in the coordination of complex orders

  • Experienced handling of MS Office

  • Very good German and good English skills
