Analysis of fault messages
Solution of technical problems via remote diagnosis or remote access or by means of test systems
Working with on-site support, product development and subcontractors to troubleshoot operational systems
Ensuring compliance with all contractually agreed service levels
Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering or technician with a focus on communications engineering
Many years of professional experience in IT, network and system administration
Several years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support and IP routing and switching
First professional experience in roll out and support of digital mobile radio systems such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE or TETRA
Very good knowledge of CRM, Trouble Ticket System, server virtualization, Linux administration, T Security, databases and database based applications
Business fluent German and experienced English
Willingness to travel on occasional business trips
