Independent planning, execution and transmission of information and services
Derivation of measures and risk factors
Assumption of responsibility for own consulting projects
Completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in IT, Finance, Business Administration or similar
Professional experience in the consulting sector in IT consulting or transactions
Experience in the transaction market and IT DD Digital DD, Tech DD
Experience in consulting, due diligence, IoT or block chain
Fluent German and English
Experienced handling of MS Office
Willingness to travel on occasional business trips
