  • Contact person for all administrative personnel matters

  • Preparation of an error-free payroll declaration for the payroll accounting

  • Maintenance and management of vacations, sick leave and other absences

  • Creation and maintenance of master data and ensuring smooth onboarding

  • Taking over typical personnel administrator tasks, such as processing mail from health insurance companies and government offices

  • Support in applicant management and advertising

  • Monitoring of deadlines and coordination of appointments

  • Creation of contract documents and certificates

  • You support in the switchboard and represent in the secretariat


  • Completed vocational training or further training as a personnel administrator or similar proven several years of professional experience

  • Profound experience in wage reporting and personnel administration

  • Experienced handling of MS Office and a good, technical understanding

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Solution-oriented team player with a friendly and likeable appearance
