Deputy employee management
Telephone customer support and solution-oriented consulting
Processing and assigning customer inquiries to the various production plants
Entry, monitoring and data maintenance of orders
Assumption of deadline and price control
Preparation of invoices and credit notes including invoice verification
Preparation and scheduling of production documents
Interface responsibility between the production, engineering and purchasing departments
Completion of commercial vocational training as industrial clerk or office clerk
Further training as a specialist or business administrator and experience in similar activities are desirable
Experienced handling of the MS Office package
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Business fluent German and good English skills
Team player with technical understanding
