Support in the design, automation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the service, request fulfillment process as well as the entire IT change management process chain
Participation in the harmonization of process interfaces (e.g., to release management, IT emergency management)
Optimization and technical development of IT change management tools and ticket systems
Definition of key performance indicators for controlling and reviewing processes as well as process strategy goals
Acceptance, evaluation, legitimization, scheduling as well as monitoring of the implementation of all IT-Changes
Planning, scheduling, execution of (Emergency) Change Advisory Boards as well as preparation of formal approvals of changes at agreed points
Contact person for all questions regarding the IT change management process and ensuring process compliance
Carrying out regular quality assurance measures (Post Implementation Review)
Completed studies preferably with a focus on computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics, IT management or business administration with a minor in computer science or similar.
Many years of professional experience in the relevant field
Sound experience with IT change management systems and ticket systems, such as the ServiceNow tool
Knowledge of classic and agile project methods as well as ITIL-based processes, preferably with ITIL v4 certification
Awareness of complex, technical and business contexts
Independent working style and sense of responsibility
