Support in the design, automation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the entire IT change management process chain
Participation in the harmonization of process interfaces (e.g. for release management, IT emergency management)
Optimization and professional development of IT change management tools and ticket systems
Definition of key figures for controlling and monitoring processes
Acceptance, evaluation, legitimization, scheduling and monitoring of the implementation of all IT changes
Planning, scheduling, implementation of the (Emergency) Change Advisory Boards
Contact for all questions regarding the IT change management process and ensuring process compliance
Implementation of regular quality assurance measures
Completed studies preferably with a focus on computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or business administration with minor in computer science or similar
Many years of professional experience in the relevant field
In-depth experience with IT change management systems and ticket systems, such as HPSM, Atlassian JIRA, BMC Remedy ITSM, BMC FootPrints
Knowledge of classic and agile project methods as well as ITIL-based processes, preferably with ITIL v4 certification
Willingness to travel on business within Germany
Awareness of complex, technical and business contexts
