Job description


  • Collection of meaningful data through the use of data mining techniques

  • Modeling the future IT target data architecture and providing best practices and guidelines for the data architecture

  • Determination of business and technical data requirements, modeling and design of business scenarios

  • Support data capture, integration and retention requirements based on data collected with the enterprise

  • Ensure that the information used complies with the organization's policies for compliance, management and control of access

  • To make suggestions on the ongoing improvements of methods and algorithms that lead to knowledge, including new information

  • Participation in programs for data integration, business intelligence (BI) and management of corporate information

  • Establish metrics to track and measure the value of data architecture initiatives

  • Participation in all other relevant working groups


  • Successfully completed studies, preferably with a focus on business informatics, administrative informatics, computer science or similar

  • Several years of professional experience in IT enterprise architecture with focus on information and data architecture

  • Good knowledge of logical and physical modeling

  • Strong knowledge of the concepts and common frameworks of Big Data and Analytics

  • Extensive statistical modeling and programming skills in SQL, text mining, stream analytics, machine learning

  • Knowledge of pattern recognition for potentially large data sets

  • Profound knowledge in the field of IT enterprise architecture with focus on information and data architecture as well as BigData and analytics, preferably with certification (TOGAF 9 Cert., Cert, SAFe Architect, product specific BigData/ certifications. etc.)
