Job description

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of the IT process organization

  • Design, implementation, provision and maintenance of a central source of information for the service catalog

  • Creation and maintenance of guidelines, principles and definitions for IT service packages

  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of all operational activities in the context of SLA management

  • Creation of a framework for service measurability

  • Development of procedures, a performance indicator system and tools for measuring service goods

  • Definition and maintenance of the overall schedule for service monitoring and reporting

  • Design and continuous development of a service dashboard for documentation and reporting of all service activities

  • Analysis and evaluation of suggestions for improvement based on operational activities

Requirements

  • Completed studies with a focus on computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics, IT management, business administration with minor in computer science or similar

  • Many years of professional experience in IT service management, preferably with focus on service catalog and SLA management

  • Several years of experience in the professional and/or disciplinary management of (project) teams

  • Expert knowledge of SLAs as well as an awareness of information technology and business management issues

  • Profound knowledge in IT Service Management, preferably with advanced certification in ITIL v4

  • Willingness to travel on business within Germany

  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to clearly aggregate and present data
