Troubleshooting by phone and email on Office 365 topics
Support of the complete software lifecycle
Prioritization, classification and documentation of faults in the ticket system
Forwarding of faults to downstream units
Completed training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or application development, IT systems clerk or similar.
Experience in working with products from the Office 365 portfolio
Very good knowledge (PowerUser) in Outlook, Word, Excel and OneNote
Business fluent German and good English skills
