Acceptance of disturbances by telephone and e-mail regarding software and hardware problems
Working in the ticket system
Error analysis and solution finding through remote support
Forwarding of IT faults to downstream units and administration in the Active Directory
Software assignment by means of software deployment, e.g. Microsoft SCCM
Installations, configurations and upgrades of hardware and software
Support in the terminal equipment area on site at the customer
Instruction of the IT users in the handling of new end devices
Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification
Experience in 1st or 2nd level support

Good knowledge in handling ticket and remote tools
Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
