Error analysis and solution finding of any client-related messages (only technical, no content application support)
Software installation manually and via software distribution
User support via remote administration
Administration of print servers
Administration of the Mobile Device Management Platform
Implementation of Windows Client installations
Documentation and further development of service processes
Completed vocational training as IT specialist for system integration
Alternative career changer with already professional IT support experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (client) and BackOffice products
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and VPN
Know How in Client Support
ITIL knowledge is advantageous
Experience in dealing with customers on the phone and with ticket systems
