Acceptance of disturbances regarding software and hardware problems by phone and e-mail
Prioritization, classification and documentation of malfunctions in the ticket system
Execution of error analyses, forwarding of malfunctions and development of solutions through remote support
Administration in the Active Directory and software assignment via software deployment, e.g. Microsoft SCCM
Installation, configuration and upgrading of hardware and software
On-site support for end devices at the customer's premises
Instruction of the users in the handling of new end devices
Maintenance and documentation in the knowledge database
Optimization of operational processes and structures as well as support of IT projects
Completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support
Experienced handling of Windows 7/ 10 and Microsoft Office and mobile devices (iOS, Android)
Knowledge of ITIL, LAN, WAN and VPN desirable
Good knowledge in handling ticket and remote tools and enjoy documentation
Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
Very good knowledge of German / English is an advantage
