Troubleshooting of software and hardware problems at the service desk as well as installations, configurations and upgrades of hardware and software
Prioritization, classification and documentation of faults in the ticket system
Error analysis and solution finding through remote support
Forwarding of faults to downstream units
Support in the area of end devices at our customer's site and instruction of users in the handling of new end devices
Administration in the Active Directory as well as maintenance and documentation in the knowledge database
Optimization of operational processes and structures as well as support in the handling of IT projects
Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
Experience in 1st or 2nd level support
Confident handling of Windows 7/10, MS Office as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android)
Good knowledge in dealing with ticket and remote tools
Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
Knowledge of ITIL, LAN, WAN and VPN desirable
Very good German, English skills are an advantage
