Data entry and working in the ticket system
Direct support and troubleshooting on the phone and via remote maintenance
Ensuring the ongoing IT operations of our customers in the client area
Documentation of processes
Installation/configuration of Windows systems and Office applications
Completed training as an IT specialist or similar
Alternatively, several years of job-relevant professional experience
First level support experience is desirable
Good user knowledge of Windows 10 as well as experience with MS Office
Team player with independent working style
Varied range of activities
