1st and 2nd level support in relation to the CLINIXX software
Collaboration in product management and (further) development of the CLINIXX system
Installation, changeover and renewal of the systems
Accompanying as well as independent execution of technical projects
Processing of administrative tasks
Preparation of documentation and training material as well as conducting training courses
Support in quality assurance and software testing
Completed vocational training in the IT sector
Alternatively, comparable professional experience in customer support and training, with industry relevance an advantage
Good knowledge of client-server architecture, web applications and web developments, Windows and SQL servers
High affinity to IT
Advanced knowledge of German
