Job description

Tasks

• Continuous monitoring of network technology and operating technology
  

• Acceptance of disturbances from tickets, automated events or directly from persons and their categorization for network and operating technology
  

• Monitoring of networks and operating technology (WinCCOA, NNMi, OMi)
  

• Implementation of incident management, service level 1 for networks and operating technology
  

• Identification, acceptance and handling of faults Service Level 1
  

• Activation, initialization and forwarding of requests from tickets to responsible departments of service levels 2 and 3
  

• Documentation of solutions and workarounds for incidents in the Knowledge Base
  

• Backup for the NOC Dresden or Frankfurt/Main
  

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector, as a systems engineer or comparable with relevant work experience
  

• Several years of work experience
  

• Excellent understanding of NOC processes, design and SLAs/KPIs in the Telco sector
  

• Good knowledge of IT networks and monitoring and support systems
  

• On-call service, working in 24/7 service
  

• Willingness to travel on business within Germany
