Responsibility for the provision and operation of customer environments in the area of Exchange (On Premise, Hybrid, Online) and Teams
Customer consulting in the area of Microsoft Exchange or MS Teams as well as in related topics (e.g.: Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
Responsibility for the strategic further development of the infrastructure as well as the associated security systems
Maintenance, care and monitoring of the systems for a smooth operational process
Creation of technical concepts and documentation of the systems
Management of e-mail security solutions and control of external service providers
Support in the administration of Microsoft Infrastructure Services
Active participation in IT service management by handling 2nd level service requests and incidents
Successfully completed studies in the IT field
Alternatively, successfully completed vocational training in the IT field
Sound knowledge in dealing with Microsoft Teams
Experience in the area of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Exchange Online and/or hybrid models
Business fluent German and good English skills
Strong organizational skills with analytical abilities
