Job description


  • Advice to the specialist departments of the branch and the field office

  • Processing of legal questions, statements and legal opinions as well as legal support of projects and contracts,

  • Supervision of court proceedings including the assignment and support of external lawyers

  • Conducting internal training courses on various civil law topics, in particular on construction contract and public procurement law

  • Integration of local contact persons into the legal advice processes of the branch office and the branch offices

  • Participation in the optimization and further development of processes

  • Project-specific and solution-oriented optimization of process flows and creation of innovative standards for the handling of infrastructure projects from a building law perspective for the eastern branch with the branch offices

  • Participation in the design and optimization of uniform, legal examination standards of Autobahn GmbH in private building law


  • Successfully completed 2nd state examination in law or a comparable qualification

  • Many years of expertise in civil law, building contract law as well as architect and engineer law, especially VOB and HOAI, preferably a corresponding specialist lawyer qualification

  • Experience in the public sector, ideally in the field of transport infrastructure

  • Knowledge of public procurement law and understanding of construction technology is advantageous

  • Willingness to undertake business trips

  • Team player with a view beyond the horizon and a confident appearance in negotiations and processes
