Job description

Tasks

  • Legal support in disputes concerning construction contracts, awarding of contracts and compensation

  • Attending court hearings and representation in court proceedings

  • Advice to the specialist departments in matters of construction contract law, public procurement law and tort law

  • Allocation of procedural representation to lawyers

  • Support of external litigators

  • Implementation of training courses in construction contract, public procurement and tort law

Requirements

  • Completed university studies in law (1st and 2nd state examination) with a focus on intellectual property rights and competition

  • Several years of professional experience in construction contract and public procurement law

  • Confident and convincing appearance in negotiations and processes

  • High level of decision-making authority and strong assertiveness
