Processing of possible dunning procedures and, if necessary, initiation of legal dunning procedures
Processing of legal cases, insolvencies, assigned claims and the corresponding incoming payments as well as the settlements of accounts
Posting of incoming payments using electronic banking and processing of lists of open items
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Processing of trade credit insurance and creditworthiness inquiries
Control and archiving of vouchers
Completed vocational training in a commercial profession, e.g. as a lawyer's and notary's assistant
Alternatively, completed studies with a focus on accounting / taxes
Experience in financial accounting
Experienced handling of MS Office
SAP knowledge would be desirable
