Job description

Tasks

• Support in the coordination, control and project management of civil engineering projects of all kinds and the related administrative tasks
  
• Preparation, tendering and awarding of contracts for construction, supply and services as well as freelance services in structural engineering
  
• Assumption of tasks of construction preparation, execution and supervision
  
• Development and coordination of construction schedules and traffic management concepts
  
• Project, claim and warranty management
  
• Information, participation and coordination with the people involved in the planning process
  
• Ongoing schedule and cost control as well as monitoring of the services owed under the construction contract
  

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering with specialization in the field of structural engineering or similar
  
• Professional experience in an engineering office, a construction company or public administration desirable
  
• Ideally well-founded technical and methodological knowledge in project work in the field of structural engineering
  
• Good knowledge of technical standards and regulations is an advantage
  
• Relevant computer skills
  
• Readiness to travel within the area of the Heilbronn branch
