Integration of processes on the production lines
Design of experiments (DOE) and analysis of process data
Supervision of the continuous improvement process, including further development of processes and methods in production
Implementation and follow-up of improvements
Documentation of results with development of decision support in case of process deviations
Completed studies in the field of engineering, physics or similar
Sound knowledge of data acquisition, processing and statistical data analysis, preferably from a manufacturing environment
Knowledge in the field of organic electronics or photovoltaics is advantageous
Experience with MS Office and statistical analysis software (e.g. JMP)
Programming skills are advantageous
Good knowledge of German and business fluent English
Willingness for occasional international business trips
