Creation and maintenance of digital personnel files and master data
Correspondence with social security and pension insurance institutions, employers' liability insurance associations, authorities and health insurance funds
Recording and administration of all relevant data in the area of working time recording
Supporting and advising employees on all important questions concerning payroll accounting
Preparation of notifications, certificates and evaluations
Provision of all important documents for the payroll tax audit
Support with year-end closing work
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably with further training in the area of wages and salaries
First professional experience in payroll accounting desirable
Knowledge of tax, social security and labour law
Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with SAGE and ATOSS
