Job description

Tasks

  • Preparation and implementation of software internally and on site at the customer

  • Commissioning of automation plants and peripheral systems worldwide

  • Acceptance of the systems at the customer

  • Implementation of software optimizations and modifications after commissioning at the customer's site

  • Fault analysis, troubleshooting and their elimination as well as telephone support

  • Taking over the customer training on site

Requirements

  • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer or in the field of electrical or automation engineering with professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering

  • Several years of experience in programming the PLC control Beckhoff, Siemens S7, preferably also TIA, or Allen Bradley ControlLogix

  • Ideally experience in handling linear and multi-axis robots 

  • Good command of English

  • Willingness to travel on business
