Organizing and running the work preparation as well as the production planning and control department
Structuring the department and ensuring on-time delivery of products
Initiation of countermeasures in case of target/actual deviations
Continuous improvement of production processes
Responsibility for effectiveness, costs and quality
Completed vocational training with qualification as technician / industrial foreman or comparable
Relevant professional experience in work preparation, production planning and materials planning
Experience in structuring and organizing departments
Experienced handling of MS Office programs and first knowledge in SAP PP
Knowledge in the area of hydraulics with, e.g. to connecting elements of the hydraulics are desirable
