Award and coordination of landscape planning services to external contractors
Project management for environmental expert contributions, which are prepared by planning offices
Preparation of landscape planning expert contributions to draft and approval planning
Preparation of professional statements
Representation of the department in approval procedures vis-à-vis authorities, public authorities and the public
Budget planning and monitoring of landscape planning services
Monitoring and documentation of the implementation of landscape planning measures
Completed studies as Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) or Bachelor in the field of landscape planning or similar
In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of the planning instruments of nature conservation and landscape management
Knowledge of environmental and nature conservation law
Professional experience in the areas of planning and project coordination up to obtaining the building law is advantageous
Experience in the tendering, awarding and accounting of landscape planning services is desirable
Good knowledge in the common IT applications
Class B driver's license
