Support of the team management in establishing, managing and maintaining strong business relationships
Control of the assigned IT service providers in the conception, introduction and provision of IT operation services
Coordination with other povider managers and the team leadership, especially in the development of a multi-provider control system
Support in the evaluation and selection of IT service providers with regard to further cooperation based on defined KPI systems in SLAs and OLAs
Collaboration in market analyses, in the implementation of contract and license management and in the definition of selection criteria
Technical management of the IT service providers and escalation to the team management if necessary
Participation in working groups
Successfully completed studies, preferably with a focus on business informatics, economics, business administration or corresponding work experience in the management of external IT service providers
Professional experience in (multi-) provider management and sourcing
Expertise in business relationship and stakeholder management
Initial knowledge and experience in service management, IT project management and ITIL
Willingness to travel on business within Germany
