Job description


  • Sales responsibility in Western Germany for the areas of temporary employment and personnel placement, work and service contracts and the consulting business

  • Identification of further potentials in other technology sectors, such as aerospace, automotive, railway, IT, energy etc. to establish our services

  • Development and implementation of individual, success oriented sales strategies

  • Securing and expanding the market position by achieving the sales targets

  • Support of existing customers as well as initiation and control of long-term customer loyalty measures

  • Documentation of sales activities and maintenance of the CRM tool


  • Degree in economics or engineering

  • Alternatively, completion of a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding work experience

  • Know-how regarding the distribution of services in the industrial environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and understanding of the relevance of sales tracking and structured sales work

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Strong identification with brand, mission and service offering
