Sales responsibility in Western Germany for the areas of temporary employment and personnel placement, work and service contracts and the consulting business
Identification of further potentials in other technology sectors, such as aerospace, automotive, railway, IT, energy etc. to establish our services
Development and implementation of individual, success oriented sales strategies
Securing and expanding the market position by achieving the sales targets
Support of existing customers as well as initiation and control of long-term customer loyalty measures
Documentation of sales activities and maintenance of the CRM tool
Degree in economics or engineering
Alternatively, completion of a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding work experience
Know-how regarding the distribution of services in the industrial environment
Experience with CRM systems and understanding of the relevance of sales tracking and structured sales work
Business fluent in German and English
