Ensuring the operation of SAP systems deployed on-site or in the cloud
Planning and realization of SAP upgrades, SAP release changes as well as import of SAP support
Packages, system copies and relocation of SAP system landscapes
Support in the continuous adaptation of the service portfolio to future customer requirements
Professional project management for complex SAP Basis projects
Contact person in the event of faults occurring in the SAP system and process these in accordance with the agreed service level
Providing technical advice and support to customers based on their industry, process and SAP knowledge and requirements
Performing service management tasks for the customer system
Completed studies in (business) informatics
Alternatively, completion of vocational training as an IT specialist or similar
Relevant professional experience in the administration spectrum in the OS and database area
Good knowledge of current SAP technologies and SAP architecture, including possible disaster recovery concepts, in SAP system sizing and SAP parameterization
Confident handling of the SAP software lifecycle toolsets
Sound experience in planning and realization of SAP landscapes as well as SAP and/or database upgrades
Good knowledge of German and English
