Support of the SAP system landscape as well as consulting on issues related to SAP and other related IT applications
Design and development of individual change and enhancement requirements for the SAP landscape
Support and further development of customer-specific programs and interfaces as well as consulting and training of key users
Cooperation with external service providers and their management
Creation of an IT concept and requirement/workload specifications in the case of external assignment of tasks
Preparation, execution and documentation of technical and functional tests as well as organization of integration tests
Processing and finding solutions for malfunctions and errors in SAP (1st and 2nd level support)
Adaptation of print forms and programs (Smartforms/SAPScript)
Completed university education with focus on information technology
Several years of experience in SAP support
Knowledge of SAP applications, customizing, ABAP development, ABAP programming and VBA
Business fluent German and advanced English skills
Team player with very good analytical and conceptual skills
