Planning of the work deployment of project staff and external engineering offices within available resources
Finding solutions for technical differences of opinion
Implementation of controlling and project reporting
Preparation of assessments for project staff
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering with a focus on road construction or equivalent skills and experience
Well-founded and practice-proven expertise in the field of road construction technology
Expertise in construction, contract, traffic and environmental law as well as in the implementation of federal guidelines and regulations
Many years of professional experience in road construction and project management
Several years of experience as a manager with a focus on personnel development
