Creation of an annual training plan
Assumption of budget responsibility
Ensuring appropriate qualification and certification
Managing and monitoring the control system for the maintenance process
Planning of personnel requirements for the execution of maintenance activities
Monitoring aircraft inspections, repair and modification processes, and shop or third party quality
Quality assurance and initiation of corrective actions as necessary
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements during audits and process safety and audit findings
Many years of experience in maintenance operations and team leadership
Financial knowledge and budgeting skills
Knowledge of the airworthiness processes of the German Armed Forces
Know how regarding supervision of flight operations / aircraft maintenance / military maintenance operations is an advantage
Business fluent German as well as English language skills
Proficient handling of MS Office and e-mail applications
