Ensuring that production planning is in line with market and seasonal requirements
Coordination and optimization of process flows, in particular personnel scheduling
Development and implementation of KPI-based targets, KPI reports as well as improvement measures in the accounting system
Ensuring timely production accounting
Definition of guidelines and written instructions
Assignment, leadership, motivation and guidance of employees in the department
Collaboration with internal sales, purchasing, disposition, production, warehouse
Completed commercial training with further qualification in the field of economics
Alternatively completed training in the food environment with further qualification e.g. technician or technology
Experience in work preparation, production planning and production accounting
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
Fluent German and good English skills
Strong understanding of numbers
Understanding of processes in a manufacturing industry
