Job description


  • Handling of the repair of aircraft spare parts

  • Independent checking and processing of requirement requests from the inquiry to the invoice release

  • Execution of orders within the established financial framework

  • Negotiation and clarification of prices and conditions

  • Selection of offers and preparation of the order

  • Search and coordination of alternative suppliers with the involvement of internal departments

  • Checking and ensuring the availability of parts

  • Determination of delivery conditions (prices, delivery dates, urgency, order conditions)


  • Completed commercial-technical studies and strong ties to aviation

  • Initial experience in technical purchasing/supplier management/supply chain

  • Business fluent English

  • Team player with communication and assertiveness
